By using this website or enrolling in any program offered by EduAvenues, LLC ("EduAvenues", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
EduAvenues® (or EduAvenues, LLC), including its NCSSMPrep program, is independent and not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics (NCSSM), the State of North Carolina, or the University of North Carolina System.
NCSSMPrep offers admissions consulting, essay coaching, Math Assessment practice tests, and cycle-specific interview preparation services when applicable for applicants to NCSSM. Specific program features and pricing are described on each program page.
The NCSSM Admit Guarantee Package includes a conditional tuition-back refund if the enrolled student is not admitted to NCSSM in the application cycle covered by the enrollment. The refund applies to tuition actually paid for the Admit Guarantee Package. If a paid consult deposit is credited toward the Admit Guarantee tuition, that credited deposit is treated as part of the tuition paid for purposes of any valid Admit Guarantee refund.
To remain eligible for the Admit Guarantee refund, the student and family must complete the intake call, attend or properly reschedule all required one-on-one sessions, complete the 25 Math Assessment practice tests, complete assigned program work in good faith, submit essay and application drafts to EduAvenues for review at least 7 calendar days before the official NCSSM deadline, submit a complete NCSSM application on time, provide accurate and complete information, and request the refund in writing within 30 days of the final NCSSM admissions decision. EduAvenues may request reasonable documentation of the admissions decision and application submission before processing the refund.
The guarantee does not apply if the student does not apply, misses official deadlines, withdraws the application, provides materially incomplete or inaccurate information, fails to complete the required program work, violates these Terms, or otherwise prevents EduAvenues from delivering the program. Refunds are processed within 30 days of a valid request, and the refund is the family’s sole remedy under the Admit Guarantee.
A consult deposit reserves the consult time and is credited in full toward the Admit Guarantee Package tuition if the family enrolls. If the family does not enroll after the consult, the deposit is retained as the consult fee. If EduAvenues cancels the consult or cannot offer a reasonable reschedule, the deposit will be refunded. Missed consults or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit unless EduAvenues agrees otherwise in writing.
For the NCSSM Blueprint and Personal Essay Mastery packages, we offer a 7-day tuition-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After the 7-day window, all sales are final except where required by law.
All course materials, practice tests, written content, and instructional materials are the property of EduAvenues, LLC and are licensed to you for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of materials outside your household is prohibited.
We collect only the information needed to deliver our services. We don't sell your data. Student essays and materials shared with our coaches are kept confidential.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduAvenues's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program. We make no guarantees regarding admission to NCSSM or any other institution except as explicitly stated in the Admit Guarantee Package.
